The photo below is from our 62 year Reunion Fish Fry at Morningstar Golf Club in the Town of Vernon. It was attended by 16 graduates and as many spouses and guests.
If you know someone who's rich and famous or maybe neither we'll add them to this list.
Barbara Apman (Snow) Barbara's grandson has been drafted by the Minnesota Twins as a pitcher and has thrown a baseball at 96 mph.
Dick Colburn Dick is in the Wisconsin Short Track Racing Hall of Fame. Dick was inducted in 2009
This photo is Dick, his Daughter and Paul Neuman possibly at Slinger Speedway
Sue Mayer (Giese) Sue's daughter works for the Herd which is the Milwaukee Bucks farm team
Jeanie Myers (Peppers) Jeanie has started to do some modeling in Florida where she lives.
Jane Schmidt (Srnec) Her son has several patents for Thermo King. Thermo King manufactures the refrigeration units that are used on semi trailers to keep the contents cold. https://www.thermoking.com/na/en/newsroom/2022/02-feb/master-innovator-matt-srnec.html
Tom Schmitt Tom was the Grand Marshall of the 2019 4th of July parade in Park Falls (I'm guessing at the date & where). Tom passed away in April and I didn't know this but I've been told that Tom had this tattooed on his arm: "In my arms Forever" and the names of his 4 sons.
Russ Schneider Russ has patented an electrical system that is used with the gasoline dispensers in Gas Stations, Convenience Stores, Truck Stops and Airport Parking Garages. If you live in the Milwaukee area you probably have used this system without even knowing it or if you rented a car in any of about 15 major airports including Las Vegas and Orlando. https://rselec.com/
Classmates,
A word about email security
In order to ensure you receive important messages from our class web site, as well as messages sent directly to you from other Classmates, it's important you whitelist the email address noreply@classcreator.net (that's a .net, not a .com).
What is whitelisting? Whitelisting simply means you are telling your email program to accept all emails coming from our class web site and our Classmates. The technique for whitelisting varies by email program, but generally you will see the term "Whitelist", "Safe List", or "Safe Sender's List". This is where you want to be sure you have added the email address noreply@classcreator.net.
Class Creator, the system that helps us operate our class web site, uses the address noreply@classcreator.net when sending out email messages. Be assured that all emails sent through our site are valid — you will not receive spam email. Whitelisting noreply@classcreator.net is the single most important thing you can do to ensure you don't miss anything happening on our site or miss receiving your emails from your fellow Classmates.
Stop and take a moment to whitelist noreply@classcreator.net right now, and ensure you stay connected!
Sincerely,
Russ Schneider
